Containers for Change and the Fremantle Dockers have joined forces to save containers from landfill and support the Club’s initiatives in the community.

West Aussies use 1.3 billion drink containers every single year, and too many of those are still ending up in landfill, instead of getting recycled into something new.

By simply donating your used containers, Freo fans can support the Club to make a change and positively impact the community.

Containers for Change and the Fremantle Dockers have joined forces to save containers from landfill and support the Club's initiatives in the community.

All you need to do to get involved is quote the Fremantle Dockers scheme ID when you donate your 10c containers at a Containers for Change refund point.

All the money the Club raises through recycling drink containers goes back into Freo charities, including the Purple Hands Foundation, and community projects.

The Purple Hands Foundation’s vision is to help drive the future of WA towards healthy and united communities for all West Australians.

It feels great knowing that doing something good for the planet can lead to something even better for our community, so make sure you donate your used containers whenever you get the opportunity!
