Fremantle are excited to launch The Dock Pop-Up, the Club’s new team store that will open in Fremantle this week and operate over the spring and summer.
The Dock Pop-Up will open its doors to the public on Thursday 19 August, while the Team Store at Cockburn ARC will be re-named The Dock.
Located on Market Street, it is close to the train station and will serve members and fans in Freo all through the summer.
It will also be the ideal place to stock up on Freo gear throughout the season six of the NAB AFL Women’s Competition, which is scheduled to run from December to March.
Fremantle players Matt Taberner and David Mundy were on hand on to launch the new store in Fremantle on Tuesday.
“It’s great to have a presence in Fremantle. It’s decked out nicely with Freo gear and it’s great to see the big banner of 'Moose' (Alex Pearce) on the wall, it pairs along nicely with the team store in Cockburn,” Taberner said.
Mundy said the store was perfect for Freo fans heading to AFLW games over the summer.
“It’s great that it’s ideal for the AFLW season, jump off the train and pick up some merch on the way to Freo Oval and cheer the girls on,” Mundy said.
“There’s a lot of great gear here and we all love the big 'Moose' banner.”
The pop-up store will be open from 11am to 4pm from Thursday to Sunday.
