Due to a surge in demand for tickets to Fremantle’s ‘away’ game against Gold Coast at Optus Stadium on Saturday it has been decided to keep the top level of the stadium open, resulting in thousands of $30 general admission tickets becoming available via Ticketmaster from 9am tomorrow.
Fremantle’s general manager of business operations David Pitts said the club had originally considered closing the top level of the stadium due to initial expectations that a crowd of 25,000 to 30,000 would attend the ‘away’ game against the SUNS on Saturday.
“Such has been the demand for tickets in the past few days that the expected attendance figure has surpassed 30,000, so the decision was made to keep the top level of the stadium open,” Pitts said.
“As a result of the decision to open the top level of the stadium thousands of $30 general admission tickets for our ‘away’ game against Gold Coast on Saturday will become available after 9am on Friday via Ticketmaster.”
The club also has a buy one adult ticket get two children in free offer available in all price categories.
Ticket prices for the top level of the stadium for Saturday’s ‘away’ game are as follows:
Adult - $30
