This is your chance to own a piece of Fremantle history with the Club’s first-ever AFLW Indigenous jumpers going up for auction.
In 2020 Fremantle became the first AFLW club to wear an Indigenous jumper when they took on Collingwood in round three at Fremantle Oval in a game Freo won by three points.
The jumpers will again be worn across the AFLW’s first league-wide Indigenous round in round five against Brisbane.
The jumpers will be signed by each individual player and money raised from the auction will be directed back into the our AFL Women’s program.
Up for grabs include the jumpers of Indigenous star Gemma Houghton as well as Indigenous player Jasmin Stewart, who played an important part in the jumper’s design.
The no.2 jumper of Kiara Bowers, who finished second in the AFLW best and fairest in 2020 and won Fremantle’s fairest and best, is also likely to be a hot ticket item!
Bidding opens at 4pm on Saturday 27 February and closes at 8pm Monday 8 March.
