Freo forward Hayden Crozier has joined the Movember team.

The 20-year-old, who is currently enjoying some time off in his home state of Victoria, said he wanted to do something to show his support for men’s health.

“I’m participating in Movember because I think it’s important the public has a greater understanding of the mental and physical health issues men can face,” Crozier said.

He has committed to growing a moustache for the 30 days in November, and his dad, David Crozier is impressed.

After donating to his son’s page, David dished out a challenge to Hayden.

“Fantastic to see you supporting an important cause in men's health programs,” Crozier senior said.

“I look forward to seeing a picture of you at the Doig Medal and comparing your Mo with the one I had at your age in the 1970s.

“Hope your mo looks as good!”
