The Lucas family have extended an invitation to Fremantle members and supporters to attend the public funeral service for Milli Lucas, which will be held at Optus Stadium on Thursday 14 January.
An avid Fremantle fan, Milli won the hearts of everyone at the Club as she bravely fought through a long battle with cancer.
The funeral is open to everyone who wishes to attend and gates will open at Optus Stadium at 10.30am for an 11am service.
Parking will be available on the Northern Oval and attendees can enter through gates C and D and will be seated on Level One. Also note that Perth Stadium train station will not be open.
The service will be held on the field of play and broadcast on the big screens.
Water will be made available on the day but attendees should be aware that Optus Stadium’s food and beverage outlets will not be open for the service.
As hot weather is expected, all guests are encouraged to also bring their own water as well as a hat and sunscreen.
Please note the family will not be accepting flowers but instead will have donations boxes for the Kyle Andrews Foundation, Charlie Teo Foundation and Team Fred.
