The Western Bulldogs have confirmed two changes for Sunday night’s season-defining clash against Fremantle in Cairns.
It’s all on the line for the Bulldogs, who know they need to win against the Dockers to secure a finals berth in 2020.
Former skipper Easton Wood returns from injury, with midfielder-forward Pat Lipinski also coming into the side.
Lipinski will play for the first time since round 11, while Wood is back after a fortnight out.
Toby McLean (knee) and Matt Suckling (hamstring) miss through injury.
Jackson Trengove, Ben Cavarra, Bailey Dale and Jordon Sweet have been named as emergencies.
The match will mark 150 AFL games for midfielder-turned-forward Mitch Wallis.
With Melbourne defeating Essendon on Saturday afternoon and St Kilda overcoming the GWS Giants on Friday night, the Bulldogs sit in ninth spot knowing exactly where they stand.
A win would propel them back into the top eight, with a position from there to be determined pending Monday’s clash between Port Adelaide and Collingwood.
The match will be broadcast live on Fox Footy.
