After returning from their Community Camp in the Wheatbelt, the Fremantle Dockers hit the track on Wednesday for a training session in warm conditions.
Freo players started the session with extensive stretching and flexibility exercises before getting into full training.
Following Freo’s scrappy win over Adelaide on Sunday, the session was tactically focused, and involved work on team structures.
Ball movement drills from the backline also culminated with physical contests between key position players on the wing.
Players practiced their set shots between drills, with Ed Langdon kicking truly from the pocket on multiple occasions.
Players also finished training with runs around the oval, with Tommy Sheridan and Garrick Ibbotson leading their respective groups.
