Nat Fyfe has polled the most Fremantle votes in tonight’s Brownlow Medal count, which was won by Gold Coast superstar Gary Ablett.

Fyfe, who was ineligible to win the Medal because of suspension, gained 18 votes.

In second place was David Mundy on 16 votes, with Michael Barlow third on 14.

Mundy and Barlow were joined on Monday night by skipper Matthew Pavlich at a function at Crown Perth.

The evening began with the red carpet arrivals, which were on a slightly smaller scale to the one being held across the country in Melbourne.

Pavlich and his wife Lauren looked slick as always, as did Mundy and his wife Sally.

Barlow also entered the room arm-in-arm with his date for the evening – his good mate Ben.

Ablett finished with 28 votes, one ahead of former Geelong teammate Joel Selwood, who was surpassed in the final round when the Suns’ captain polled maximum votes.
