Club legend Shaun McManus was in the change rooms with the players and coaches after Saturday night’s preliminary final win to catch all the excitement on Docker TV.

McManus described the chance of playing in a grand final as a dream come true for everyone involved.

He spoke to Ross Lyon, who credited the players for the win.

“They’ll give you their heart and they’ll try really hard for you,” Lyon said.

Roger Hayden who also played with McManus, was extremely proud of the team and said the game meant as much to the past players as it did to the current.

“It’s great for the club as a whole and the boys are going to go there next week and represent us really well,” Hayden said.
