No one has come out of the Fremantle line-up that beat the Western Bulldogs last weekend, with three players added to a preliminary squad.

Alex Silvagni, Brady Grey and Matt Taberner have all been included to the 25-man squad from which the final 22 to play Adelaide at Patersons Stadium will be named.

Stars Nathan Fyfe and Stephen Hill were hurt in the game against the Bulldogs and did not train on Wednesday.

Both should train at Fremantle Oval on Friday morning in the club’s closed training session in a bid to prove their fitness.

Talking Points ahead of Adelaide

The incoming trio could be disadvantaged at selection because Peel Thunder has not played in the past two rounds of WAFL action, although senior coach Ross Lyon was confident they’d be ready if selected.

“That's why we've got so many full-time staff and experts to get them up,” he said.

“The player commitment is to buy in and train intensely.

“By our loads, they did one of the heaviest loads of the equivalent of pre-season. They worked really hard last week.

“There's no substitute (to games), we know that, (but) they'll certainly be running fit, and then it's just whether they're mentally sharp enough. We're confident, as much as we can be.”
