Four Fremantle players gave up their day off, to perform a mystery gig to raise money for the Starlight Purple Haze game proudly supported by Fremantle Ports next Saturday.
With Luke McPharlin on lead vocals, Alex Silvagni on attempted back-up vocals, Tendai Mzungu on bongos and Chris Mayne rattling tins.
Dressed up in disguises, the players were busking up and down the Freo café strip, performing songs from Hunters and Collectors to Jeff Buckley.
The players raised over $300 in just under an hour.
