Matthew Pavlich’s brilliant goal from the boundary has earned him a Coates Hire Goal of the Year nomination for round 3.
The goal came at a crucial point in the final quarter of Saturday’s Carlton Draught Derby, bringing Fremantle within 10 points of West Coast.
Pavlich was one of Fremantle’s best in the game with three goals.
Kane Lambert (Richmond) and Robbie Gray (Port Adelaide) were the other round 3 nominations.
