Fremantle have their sights set on smashing the record books.

It started with one of the most exciting games in NAB AFL Women's history, where the Dockers and Bulldogs set the record for the highest aggregate score (117 points) between two teams on Sunday.

The next step for the Dockers?

Going eight and zero.

No club in the AFLW has ended the home and away season unbeaten, but the Dockers are on track with six straight wins.

Adelaide and Fremantle previously tied for the best record in the home and away season last year with six wins and one loss apiece, but with eight games this year there's a strong chance the Dockers could top that.

Dockers coach Trent Cooper says going unbeaten is not something he even lets slip into his mind, especially with tough games against Melbourne and Fremantle coming.

"We aim to be undefeated, we aim to win every game," Cooper said after Sunday's win over the Bulldogs.

"We don't talk about being undefeated, but we talk about winning the next week.

"Even qualifying for finals … I don't think we're guaranteed even after today."

The last time the Dockers lost at Fremantle Oval was over two years ago at the hands of GWS, so Fremantle would surely back itself in to defeat the Demons.

Carlton remains the toughest challenge, but Marvel Stadium will lend itself to Fremantle's frantic pace and also takes away from any home ground advantages the Blues would have.

Kiara Bowers has also smashed her own home and away season record, with the midfielder racking up 85 tackles across the first six games this season.

After the seven games last season she had notched 83 tackles and added another six in the finals.

She's a strong chance to reach 90 tackles within the first quarter against Carlton at her incredible pace.

Bowers has laid 38 more tackles this year than Adelaide's Ebony Marinoff, who currently sits in second spot with 47 tackles for the season.
