Fox Footy experts have selected their current fantasy State of Origin teams if the concept was to return to the AFL.
Four dream teams representing Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and The Allies were chosen by the Fox Footy panel.
Mark Ricciuto selected the South Australian team and Fremantle captain Matthew Pavlich was selected at full forward, with emerging midfielder Lachie Neale named as a follower.
Selector Gerard Healy had Freo star David Mundy on the interchange for Victoria, while no Freo players featured for The Allies selected by Jason Dunstall.
Neroli Meadows selected seven Fremantle players in her side for Western Australia, with Garrick Ibbotson (back pocket), Luke McPharlin (full back), Stephen Hill (wing), Michael Walters (half forward), Hayden Ballantyne (forward pocket), Aaron Sandilands (ruck) and Nat Fyfe (ruck rover) all featuring.
