Fremantle’s round 23 match against Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval will be played on Saturday 5 September at 3.20pm local time.
The AFL confirmed the fixtures for the final round of the home and away season on Wednesday.
Fremantle CEO Steve Rosich welcomed the decision to play Fremantle’s last game of the home and away season on the Saturday.
“Given that we are playing on Sunday in the previous week’s round 22 fixture, we are pleased with a Saturday afternoon game as the outcome for round 23,” he said.
