Freo is yet to put together a complete four-quarter effort this season, according to Clancee Pearce, despite remaining undefeated after five games.
 
Pearce starred in Freo’s 68-point win over Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday, with 31 touches, including 10 marks and three tackles.

“It’s good to put three quarters together but we want to put four together,” he said.
 
“It was a quick start but we fell away in the second quarter.”
 
Momentum shifts against Sydney and West Coast, in recent weeks, resulted in a string of unanswered goals.

It is an area that needs addressing, according to Pearce.
 
He said there were a number of areas identify where Fremantle could improve in the second half against Melbourne.
 
“We came in at half time and addressed a few issues, such as being a bit sloppy going forward,” he said.
 
“We tidied those up in the second half.”
