Rachel Munyard of Beeliar attended the HBF School Holiday Program at Fremantle Oval on Tuesday with her two sons, Tom and Jack, and said they’d had an amazing time.
The entire Fremantle Dockers playing group was kept very busy as they hosted more than 350 pre-primary to year six participants, and Munyard said the variety of activities offered was outstanding.
“They’ve loved all the different activities and skills that they’re learning,” Munyard said.
“They’re not focused on learning one thing, and they’ve just had a really good time, which is great.”
Kids participated in an array of activities such as tug of war, skill competitions, vertical leap, as well as bubble blowing and a special appearance and puppet show with Constable Care.
In addition to all the activities, Munyard said having the players involved made the day that much more memorable.
“They’ve loved it, love this kind of event, and were stoked to be able to have a kick with Matthew Pavlich.”
All those in attendance capped off a great day with an autograph signing session with the players as well as receiving a Freo footy and showbag.
