Fremantle ruckman Sean Darcy has been charged by the AFL’s match review panel for striking Richmond’s Nick Vlastulin in the second quarter of Sunday’s clash at Domain Stadium.
Based on video evidence and a medical report from Richmond, the incident was classified as intentional conduct with low impact to the head, which is classified as a two-match suspension.
The charge can be reduced to a one-match suspension with an early plea.
