The Fremantle Dockers are pleased to announce Darryn Fry has been appointed as the club’s new AFLW and Next Generation Academy (NGA) manager.
Fry comes to the club from East Fremantle Football Club where he held the position of football operations manager for more than six years.
Joe Brierty, football operations manager said the club was looking forward to Fry starting in the newly created position on Monday September 4, 2018.
"The club is very excited to have Darryn on board. He brings a wealth of experience in football operations and development programs, we are looking forward to him using his vast knowledge to benefit our growing AFLW and Next Generation Academy Programs,” Brierty said.
Fry said he is excited about starting at the club and is looking forward to meeting the staff and players.
“I’m extremely grateful to the Fremantle Football Club for this amazing opportunity to work with the AFLW and NGA programs,” Fry said.
“I’m really looking forward to getting in to the role, working with who I am sure will be highly motivated staff, players and partners at the club to drive and deliver successful outcomes for both programs.”
