Fremantle captain Nat Fyfe will return to football when Freo take on GWS at UNSW Canberra Oval on Saturday.
Fyfe comes in as the lone change to the Fremantle line-up, replacing small forward Lachie Schultz.
Mitch Crowden, Brennan Cox, Sean Darcy and Schultz have been named as the emergencies.
Defender Joel Hamling has retained his place in the Fremantle team, with both Hamling and Fyfe cleared of concussions after getting through training on Thursday.
Fyfe was concussed in round three against St Kilda and Hamling was concussed the following week in the RAC Derby.
Fyfe’s return will bolster Freo’s midfield against the highly-rated Giants engine room.
In the opening two rounds, Fyfe averaged 31.5 disposals, 19.5 contested possessions and 9.5 clearances.
Against St Kilda, he racked up 23 disposals and six clearances before coming off the ground in the third term.
Bouncedown for the clash is at 1.45pm EST (11.45am WST).
The game will be broadcast live on Fox Footy and delayed on Channel 7, with the free-to-air broadcast commencing at 2.30pm WST.
