Warm but windy conditions greeted Peel's Freo-listed players preparing for next Sunday's WAFL Grand Final.
It was the first training session since Peel senior coach Cam Shepherd was reappointed for an additional two years, and Shepherd was greeted with cheers from the playing group.
After the warm-up and ground ball drills, training focused on skills and maintaining possession, with Nick Suban and Danyle Pearce vocal throughout.
Brennan Cox continued to work on his accuracy in front of goal, kicking three goals from five shots from multiple angles from 40m.
Matt Taberner and Sean Darcy were on light duties for the session, spending time in the gym and running laps.
One tackling drill involved players holding tennis balls to focus on utilising their arms instead of their hands when tackling.

The game simulations were contested with seven per side and focused on moving the ball forward from stoppages and out the the defensive 50.
