Brennan Cox (hip), Sean Darcy (managed), Bailey Banfield (omitted) and Brett Bewley (omitted) are Fremantle’s omissions.
Sandilands is set to play his first AFL game in more than a year after injuring his calf against Brisbane in round 15 of the 2018 season.
If Sandilands gets through Thursday’s session and plays, he will become the first 36-year-old to represent Fremantle.
Lobb, who also needs to get through Thursday’s session to earn selection, is set to play his first game since he was ruled out with a foot injury following Fremantle’s round 11 game against Collingwood.
The versatile tall has predominantly played as Fremantle’s primary ruckman, but is likely to spend more time forward and act as a support for Sandilands.
Colyer has fought his way back into Fremantle’s starting 22 on the back of some impressive form for Peel.
The speedy midfielder, who has played eight games for Freo this year, starred for Peel in his past two appearances, averaging 22.5 disposals per game and kicking 3.3.
The derby will be Crowden’s first AFL appearance in 2019 after playing nine games in his debut season.
Crowden was among Peel’s best last week against Swan Districts, racking up 29 disposals, nine clearances, 12 hard ball gets and nine tackles.
Meanwhile, West Coast have made two changes, bringing in Jeremy McGovern and Tom Barrass for Mark Hutchings and Will Schofield.
