The Get Up and Goal program, co-designed by the Purple Hands Foundation and disability employment provider uLaunch, powered by AKG, is a pathways-to-employment initiative tailored for young people who are neurodiverse or living with disabilities.
The 10-session in-school program is designed for students in years 10, 11 and 12 and blends hands-on learning with real-world application. The sessions target key areas like career exploration, resume building, interview techniques, dressing for success, and mindfulness for stress management.
Designed to empower participants with practical skills and professional confidence, Get Up and Goal provides a structured pathway to career readiness, and meaningful employment opportunities.
