Heath Chapman will be sent for scans after injuring a hamstring in today’s intraclub match at Cockburn.
The 22 year old left the field during the second quarter of the pre-season hit-out at Victor George Kailis Oval.
“It’s disappointing for Chappy who’s had such a great pre-season after a frustrating year with injury,” said Executive General Manager of Football Joe Brierty.
“We will now wait for further information and our focus will be on giving Heath all of the support he needs and his teammates will get around him.”
The Club will provide a further update once scans have confirmed the extent of the injury.
