The AFL has approved former St Kilda wingman Daniel McKenzie to join Fremantle’s pre-season as a train-on player.
McKenzie will join Max Beattie (Woodville-West Torrens), Sam van Rooyen (Claremont) and Patrick Voss (Essendon) who accepted invitations to train in November.
Two places are available on Fremantle’s list with Sebit Kuek and Josh Corbett granted AFL approval to be placed on the Club’s long-term injury list.
McKenzie, aged 27, played 73 games for St Kilda between 2015 and 2023.
Players can be added during the Supplemental Selection Period that closes on February 15. List spots can also be filled during the 2024 mid-season draft.
