LATE CHANGE UPDATE: Ebony Antonio (knee soreness) has been replaced in the starting side by Roxy Roux, who will play her first game of the season.

Gabby O’Sullivan has made a rapid recovery from a dislocated shoulder, returning for Friday’s clash with Richmond at Ikon Park.
 
The utility is joined by Makaela Tuhakaraina as Fremantle’s inclusions for the game, replacing midfielder Kiara Bowers (knee) and tall forward Ariana Hetherington (omitted).
 
O’Sullivan injured her shoulder early in round two against Collingwood and missed just two games.
 
Tuhakaraina has made one appearance this season, coming in as a late inclusion for the round one RAC Derby where she kicked a goal.
 
Hetherington has been named as an emergency alongside midfielder Nikki Nield and defender Mikayla Hyde.

The game is Fremantle’s second during their week-long stay in Melbourne, taking on Essendon last Sunday in round four at Windy Hill.
 
Senior Coach Lisa Webb said Bowers remained a chance to return next week against North Melbourne, and added she was pleased to have the full list of available players on the east coast to choose from.
 
“We’re not going to take any risks with (Bowers), she’s helping me with coaching and helping out the midfielders and we’re keen to see what she can do in terms of her recovery,” Webb said.
 
“Gabby has done a lot of work, we did a session this morning and she moved really well. We’ve got our squad over here and there were a lot of players putting up their hands.”

Lisa Webb joined WA journos on a zoom media conference from the Club's week-long stay in Melbourne.

The game pits eighth against 10th, with Richmond on 12 points and Fremantle on eight from four rounds.
 
Bouncedown for the clash is at 1.05pm EST (11.05am WST), with Friday being a public holiday in Victoria ahead of the AFL Grand Final on Saturday.
 
The game will be broadcast live in WA on 7mate, and can be streamed on 7plus, Kayo and the AFL app.
