The first of the blockbusters, confirmed in the 2011 fixtures released today, is a round two night match against Geelong on Saturday 2 April, which is also Fremantle’s annual Starlight Purple Haze Game.
The other blockbuster home games include a Friday night clash against reigning premiers Collingwood in round 23, and games against fellow Victorian powerhouse clubs Carlton, Essendon, Hawthorn and St Kilda plus a round 18 derby against West Coast on Sunday 24 July at 2.40pm.

Freo, which opens its season with a night game against Brisbane at the Gabba on Saturday 26 March, has also retained its annual Len Hall Game on Anzac Day.
The Len Hall Game against the Western Bulldogs at 6.40pm on Monday 25 April coincides with both the Easter long weekend which runs through to Tuesday 26 April and the school holidays.
The club has avoided away trips to Geelong, Launceston, Darwin and the Gold Coast in 2011, and has also secured an even spread of away games in Melbourne.These include three matches at the MCG against Hawthorn, Melbourne and Richmond, and three at Etihad Stadium against North Melbourne, St Kilda and the Western Bulldogs.
Other away games include Sydney at the SCG in round 17 and two trips to AAMI Stadium to play Adelaide and Port Adelaide.
With the introduction of the Gold Coast Suns, who Fremantle play at Patersons Stadium in round 15 on Saturday 2 July, all clubs will have two byes in 2011, making it a 24 round season.
Fremantle's byes, which are scheduled for round six and round 16, precede away games against Richmond and Sydney and include an eight day break after the Tigers’ clash and a seven day break after the Swans’ match.
Fremantle chief executive officer Steve Rosich said the club was generally pleased with the 2011 fixtures.
"With seven blockbuster home games, including matches against Collingwood, St Kilda and Geelong plus a derby, now is a good time to be a Fremantle Dockers member with a reserved seat at Patersons Stadium," he said.
"In addition to seeing Fremantle take on Carlton, Essendon and Hawthorn at home, our members will have the opportunity to see the club up against the reigning premier Collingwood, the 2009-2010 grand finalists St Kilda and the 2009 premiers Geelong.
"We are also pleased that after being denied the opportunity to play any qualifying games at the MCG in 2010, the AFL has agreed to our request to play more games at the home of football next season, with three of our away games scheduled for the MCG in 2011.
"The appeal of the 2011 home fixtures should add to the already positive response to our 2011 membership renewal campaign which has seen more than 10 per cent of our members renew in the first week of the renewal period."
