Fremantle have made two changes at the selection table ahead of their RAC Derby clash with West Coast at Optus Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Michael Walters returns to the starting 22 while Nathan O’Driscoll will line up in purple for the first time this season – with the pair to replace the omitted Will Brodie and Bailey Banfield.
Announced earlier on Friday, second-year player Matthew Johnson will make his AFL debut after being named as the tactical substitute for Sunday.
The talented midfield prospect has been rewarded for his work on the training track over the summer, backed up by two prolific pre-season performances for Peel.
Walters has been elevated to the starting line-up after being activated as the sub against North Melbourne last week - where he made an instant impact with two second half goals.
With Johnson already named as the sub, Brodie and Banfield join Brandon Walker as the emergencies for the clash.

Senior Coach Justin Longmuir flagged a potential switch up of the midfield mix after Freo fell short in the clearance count over the first two rounds of the season.
“At the moment, we are not really focused on being a dominant midfield…we need to make sure we break even in there, because we haven’t done that yet,” Longmuir said at a joint RAC Derby media conference on Friday morning.
“Our hitouts haven’t been transferring to breaking even, we need to change the mix up in there and we need to change our structure a little bit to see if we can make the most of what we are doing in the ruck.
“Last week we put Sam Switkowski through the middle, and we put Luke Jackson through there a little bit in the St Kilda game.
“I think we need to do a few more of those little things, change the energy and change the dynamic to not be as predictable.”
Bouncedown for the clash is at 3.20pm, with the game to be broadcast live on Channel 7 and Fox Footy, as well as streamed live on Kayo.
