21-year-old Strom had a breakout season in the ruck, playing all 10 games and averaging a career-high 16.9 hit outs and 11.7 disposals per game.

O’Driscoll has a shot at her second selection in the final team after being named on the interchange bench in Season 6.

The 22-year-old averaged a career-high 11.2 disposals and three tackles per game game across the 10 rounds.

O’Driscoll rose to the challenge of added responsibility in defence with Janelle Cuthbertson and Jess Low sustaining injuries against Brisbane in round one.

The livewire Northam product also embraced time in attack with Fremantle searching for goals late in the season.

The fan-voted concept recognises the best 22 players aged 22 and under for the entirety of the AFLW season.

For a player to be eligible for the squad of 40, they are required to play 50 per cent of games for the year, which equates to five games in Season 7.

Voting is open for seven days from Wednesday 9 November to Wednesday 16 November with the final team to be announced on November 22 ahead of the W Awards.
