Anthony Morabito has had a rough conduct charge against him dismissed by the WAFL Tribunal on Tuesday night

The Fremantle Docker was reported for high contact with Claremont's Tom Ledger at the Showgrounds last Saturday.

Morabito will be available for selection in both the AFL and for Peel Thunder, although senior coach Ross Lyon has already hinted it might be at the elite level.

Lyon told Channel 7 on Tuesday night the midfielder could make his return to Fremantle's line-up as the sub in Sunday's Carlton Draught Derby, if he beat the charge at the WAFL Tribunal.

If he is named to take on West Coast, it will be Morabito's first AFL game since the 2010 Semi-Final against Geelong at the MCG, following three anterior cruciate ligament injuries.
