When he plays his 200th game this Saturday against GWS at Manuka Oval in Canberra, Michael Walters will join a proud list of Fremantle greats who have reached the milestone.

Out of the 237 players to represent Fremantle, Walters will be the 11th to play their 200th game for Fremantle – a milestone most recently achieved by Nat Fyfe and joining Stephen Hill, Michael Johnson, David Mundy, Aaron Sandilands, Luke McPharlin, Matthew Pavlich, Paul Hasleby, Shaun McManus and Shane Parker.

Walters reaching the milestone this year ensures that David Mundy continues one of his proudest achievements at Fremantle by playing in the 200th milestone game of every Fremantle player.

In a sign of the great contribution Aboriginal players have made the Club, Walters joins Hill, Johnson and Grover as the fourth Indigenous player to reach the mark for Fremantle.

A further six Aboriginal players have played 100 games or more for Fremantle in Troy Cook, Dale Kickett, Jeff Farmer, Roger Hayden, Des Headland and Danyle Pearce.
