Nathan O'Driscoll's exciting goal on the run has earned the young midfielder his second goal of the year nomination in his debut season.
In the third term against the Western Bulldogs, O’Driscoll produced a brilliant individual display off the wing, outrunning his opponent to launch an important goal from the 50m arc.
O'Driscoll is looking to win the vote yet again after earning the weekly nomination in round eight against North Melbourne. He was also nominated against Geelong but lost out to teammate Blake Acres.
If he wins the vote this week, he will become Freo's sixth nomination for the award, joining his round eight goal, Michael Frederick (round one), Acres (round six), Andrew Brayshaw (round 13) and Caleb Serong (round 16).
