Darcy Tucker and Taylin Duman will come into the team to take on Essendon this Saturday 21 July at the Etihad Stadium.
Ryan Nyhuis (suspended) and Stephen Hill (injured) have been ruled out of Sunday’s clash.
Senior coach Ross Lyon said Hill pulled up with quad tightness after Thursday morning’s training session.
“It’s certainly not a repeat (injury). He could almost play but in that area you risk a significant injury and it can be quite tricky,” Lyon said.
“(We decided to) be a bit careful with Stephen, he’s a special player to us and he was super last week.”
Tucker was rested for last Sunday’s win against Port while Duman hasn’t played at AFL level since round 12 this year after debuting against the Bulldogs in round 5.
Mitch Crowden, Brady Grey, Michael Johnson and Danyle Pearce have been listed as emergencies for Saturday’s game.
Fremantle will take on Essendon at 2.35pm (WST) this Saturday 21 July.
