Fremantle will make their return to the harbour city this weekend, with their round six fixture against Carlton confirmed for a 3.10pm WST bouncedown at Fremantle Oval this Saturday.
Freo will enter the clash with a 5-1 record, while Carlton will be looking for their second win of the season.
Tickets for the clash will go on sale on Thursday, with AFLW members able to secure their tickets from 10am, and non-members from 12pm.
Senior coach Trent Cooper said it was great to be back playing in front of the WA Purple Army.
“We are really excited to be back at Freo Oval this weekend,” Cooper said.
“We obviously felt the support from the Freo faithful in WA when we were over in the hub, but to be able to see them in person and have them there cheering for us will give the girls a big lift on Saturday.
“Carlton are a really dangerous side and they have got lots of talent.
“They have been a bit in and out with their form this year, but at their best they are a really dangerous side which we have found out after playing them over the last couple of years.”
The game will be broadcast live nationally on Fox Footy and streamed live on Kayo and the official AFL Women’s app.
This weekend will also see Collingwood take on the West Coast Eagles at Mineral Resources Park on Sunday.
The arrangement will see Victorian teams fly-in and fly-out of Western Australia via charter flight.
Both Clubs and officials involved in the games will abide by strict travel arrangements and all other protocols as approved by the Western Australian Government and relevant health officials.

AFL General Manager Competition Management Laura Kane said the league thanked everyone in the NAB AFLW Competition for their ongoing commitment to the season.
“Firstly, I’d like to acknowledge Fremantle and the West Coast Eagles for the role they’ve played in ensuring the season commenced and the season continues,” Kane said.
“Fremantle is currently serving a quarantine period after returning to Perth following their game on Sunday, while West Coast returned to Perth following their game last night after both teams spent time on the road in Victoria.
“The health and safety of everyone in the community remains paramount and the AFL, together with Fremantle, the West Coast Eagles and the travelling teams, have agreed to strict protocols as approved by the Western Australian Government.
“The fixture remains a week-to-week proposition and the AFL will continue to work closely with respective state governments and health authorities on arrangements that both protects the health and safety of the community and allows us to progress the NAB AFLW season.”
