Tommy Sheridan has earned a Coates Hire Goal of the Year nomination for his terrific effort on the run during the opening term of Fremantle's three-point victory against Adelaide at Optus Stadium on Sunday.
Sheridan’s stunner started with some impressive forward movement from Freo on the wing.
After getting a handball from Michael Walters, Sheridan sent one home on the run from the 50m line on the boundary.
Sydney's Gary Rohan and GWS Giant Josh Kelly are the round's other nominees.
