Fremantle captain Nat Fyfe believes his teammates have what it takes to continue their good run of form at home when taking on North Melbourne on Sunday at Optus Stadium.
Speaking at Fremantle’s player sponsor dinner on Wednesday, Fyfe said he’s seeing first hand the development of the club’s next generation, which not only bodes well for the future but also for Freo’s chances against the in-form Kangaroos.
“We’re looking forward to this weekend’s game,” Fyfe said.
“We’ve got some guys starting to play some great footy.

“Lachie Neale’s in what I’d consider All Australian form at the moment.
“Brennan Cox is teasing us all with how good a player he’s going to be.
“Darcy Tucker’s come up and had nine tackles on the weekend and some of our young guys in Brayshaw and Cerra are also playing some really good footy.”
While there’s been a disparity between Fremantle’s form in their wins and losses, Fyfe feels it’s all about putting everything together on the field.
“The guys are in good form,” Fyfe said.
“If we can get 15 or 18 guys playing at their best, we’re a tough team to play against and we’re really looking forward to that opportunity on Sunday afternoon.”
