- Heath's Starlight wish becomes a reality
- Freo developing a great team: Lyon
- Dress in purple for your chance to win!
Fremantle’s Starlight Purple Haze Game will also be a special event for the club’s past players, with 26 former Freo Dockers set to feature in a curtain raiser ahead of Saturday’s clash with Gold Coast at Optus Stadium.
While the current generation enjoyed success at the Freo Fortress in round two against Essendon, the game is a chance for the likes of Shaun McManus, Peter Mann, Paul Hasleby, Troy Cook and Scott Chisolm to get amongst it at the club’s new home ground.
Be part of the 2018 Starlight Purple Haze Game! Grab your tickets on game day from Ticketmaster outlets at Gates A,B,C,D & E from 11.45am.
Approximately 50 of the past-players’ children will also be in action, making an important occasion for Fremantle’s newly formed Family Academy, established to engage the sons and daughters of current and past players to, hopefully, become the next generation of Fremantle players.
The curtain raiser game commences at 12.20pm and wraps up at 1.15pm with bouncedown between Fremantle and Gold Coast at 2.35pm.
