The team returned on Monday morning for the main session of the week, comprising mostly of running and drills.
It was a baptism of fire for new draftees Griffin Logue, Sean Darcy, Taylin Duman and Luke Strnadica, taking part in their first ever AFL training session.
Darcy and Strnadica spent plenty of time with Aaron Sandilands, with the experienced ruckman taking the new draftees through a handful of ruck-specific drills.
The session was running-intensive, with very little room for a breather as the group ramped up the intensity for the full squad's third week back at the club.
After lunch, the group were back at it in the gym, working on strength, fitness and recovery.
