Fremantle Dockers hit the training track on Wednesday with a solid session consisting of ball movement and delivery inside the forward 50.

Training started with light kicking and ground ball drills before heading into larger scale game simulation settings.

In full ground drills, Tommy Sheridan used his pace to break through the lines and collected quite a bit of the ball.
Jonathon Griffin acquitted himself nicely in the forward line, marking strongly and finishing well on a number of occasions.

First-year player Darcy Tucker used his raking left foot well, finding targets and using his agility to take the game on and create space.

Tendai Mzungu also took the time between drills to exercise his strength in a tackling drill with development coach Adam Read.
