Accuracy:
After a seven goal first-term, Fremantle kicked 5.9 in the remaining three terms. A number of relatively simple set shots were missed and ultimately proved costly once the final siren sounded.
Fyfe report:
Nat Fyfe faces a nervous wait after he was reported for an incident with Ben Jacobs in the third term. Jacobs played out the remainder of the game but Fyfe has already received two fines this season, another would see him miss a week.

Ruck:
Aaron Sandilands dominated the ruck against arguably the competition’s best tall in Todd Goldstein. Sandilands had 43 of Freo’s 54 hit-outs. North Melbourne had just 24.
Four quarters:
Fremantle, by it’s own admission, is yet to play a full four quarters. Its first term was a reminder of the brilliant attacking football it can play, but it went goalless for nearly 14 minutes in the second term. Fremantle scored just four majors in the second half and were overrun by a rampant Kangaroos’ side.
