Fremantle may regain star midfielder Nat Fyfe and key defender Michael Johnson for Sunday’s Carlton Draught Derby.
Both will need to pass fitness tests but it appears both may play.
However, Luke McPharlin is in doubt due to a corked calf and Fremantle will almost certainly take the conservative approach with him given his history.
Connor Blakely remains in the mix after another strong performance in the WAFL – he collected 29 disposals to keep himself in contention for an AFL debut.
Ed Langdon also gathered 26 disposals.
Matt Taberner collected 19 touches, seven marks and kicked 1.2 to put himself back in the frame.
Max Duffy kicked three goals in a strong performance up forward.
